European alloy surcharges December 2018

European alloy surcharges announced by Outokumpu November 22 for December  2018 show  benchmark Grade 304 down 44 GBP/ 50 euros to 1202 GBP/1365 euros , Grade 316L down 55 GBP / 60 euros ,while Grade 430 increased 4 GBP / 5 euros ,all compared to November  2018
